How does my order get packed?

Together our actions to help protect the environment add up. At klubkangaroo.com we are striving for a greener environment and use reusable jute bags rather than plastic bags . We ask that you to return the bags to the klubkangaroo.com delivery staff. All of the items you have ordered are handpicked and passed by a quality checkpoint before packaging and delivery.

 

How will the delivery be done?

At klubkangaroo.com we have our own fleet of vehicles and expert drivers. We have implemented a route-optimized delivery system to make sure that your delivery gets to you on time. However, adverse traffic and weather conditions may occasionally cause delays. 

Klubkangaroo.com provides customers with an option of picking from multiple delivery slots starting 72 hours from order placement. This means that we will be able to deliver your order when you are available. The delivery time slots are:

  • 10AM - 12PM
  • 12PM - 02PM
  • 02PM - 04PM
  • 04PM - 06PM
  • 06PM - 08PM

 

 

How do I track a delivery?

You will receive a phone call, email, or SMS notification once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you need to know the status of your order at any stage, please contact our Customer Service Team
through our social media channels.

 

How do I pay?

You can pay by Credit Card and by Cash on delivery.

 

Can I pay by Credit Card on Delivery?

Yes. Our drivers are equipped with Standard GPS machines and you can pay using credit card on delivery.

Do you have delivery charges?

Free delivery is available once your order reaches a minimum amount. In all other cases there is a small delivery charge, as detailed in the following table:
